Wexxar Model IPAK TF-200S, Automatic, 4-corner servo, tray former, hot melt glue sealer with number of trays per minute – depending on materials and application. Tray size range: per application and is capable of forming different type trays with proper change parts. Equipped with blank tray magazine, and has blank size of 32¾" x 32¾", (4) suction cup vacuum reciprocating pick and place and tray feed bar with bottom tray stop, single mandrel ram head with Nordson Model 14 Liberty hot melt glue system. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with etherNer/IP and Siemens Simatic HMI touch screen interface with readout, reset and e-stop push buttons with 132" long x 36" wide tray discharge conveyor. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety door guarding.
