IEDCO complete bulk bag unloading, conveying and column / tank filling system. Rated up to 2500 lbs/hr depending on materials, application and machine configuration. System consists of a bulk bag unloader, rotary valve, scale hopper, vacuum conveyor, dust collector and column / tank filling station. Bulk bag unloader is equipped with a 135" long I-Beam that extends 70" past frame, a Yale 2 ton hoist with pendant controls, bag spout choker / cincher, agitation paddles and bag deflation. Bulk product is fed into the scale hopper through a rotary valve that can be operated in both an automatic and manual mode. Product is received in a 36" diameter x 55" deep vessel with a vacuum feed adapter. The 16.375 ft³ hopper is mounted onto a 1000 lbs capacity load cell. Product is moved from the scale hopper into a G900 vacuum conveyor mounted on a Pneumalift conveyor with push button controls to raise and lower the chamber. The vacuum conveyor has a diverting valve that can be used to remove product from a secondary source with a wand. Vacuum conveyor chamber is equipped with a level sensor that will open a butterfly valve when full to be emptied into a column / tank. System also includes a 41" x 43" filling station with Pneumaseal brakes to hold tank in place. Filling station has air bags to lift tank into place, vibrators for compacting material and load cells for final batch weight. System includes a Nederman filterbox dust collection that is connected to the scale hopper, feed station and is used for the bag deflation process. System mounted around a two tier operator mezzanine with a 43" wide x 154" long lower platform set 39" off the ground and a 60" wide x 88" long upper platform set 63" off the ground. Upper platform has a 44" diameter x 16" deep cut out for columm / tank. Control panel is equiped with a AB controller and touch screen HMI.
