Line consists of Olsen Model MHW-CW14-SSD dimpled bucket, combination weigh scale system with 14 head dimpled, stainless steel combination weigh scale system with 3 liter buckets and strain gauge load cells. Weight range from 10 to 3000 grams with accuracies of ± 0.5 grams. Product in feed funnel, with (14) vibratory linear dimpled feed pans to (14) dimpled feed buckets, to (14) dimpled weigh buckets and product collating discharge chutes. With stainless steel vertical bucket elevator and product hopper with stainless steel platform with safety rails and stairs. Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.
