Axon, Model EZ-130 automatic, tamper evident shrink neck bander or sleeve label applicator with Model EZ-48 shrink tunnel. Neck bander equipped with photo eyes for machine activation, film registration, stepper drive film feed system, tamp band pusher, guillotine style cutter with durable and dependable (2) blade cutting system. Layflat: 18mm to 130mm. Container diameter: 10mm to 79mm. Film thickness 40 to 70 microns. Film specs: up to 15" OD roll on 4-7/8" OD core Control panel with touch screen HMI controller with safety door guarding and e-stop. Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.

Shrink tunnel has 12" high x 7½" wide aperture x 48" long chamber, digital heat controls and pneumatic tunnel lift. System mounted above 6" wide x 176" long stainless steel table top belt conveyor with spacing wheel and variable speed control.
