Triangle Model Proline Series, Automatic vertical, hot melt glue cartoner with number of cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Size range: per application. Equipped with (2) chains fixed set on 10" centers with 7" long; 5-3/4" wide; 4" deep fixed product buckets. 72" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary pick in place, with (4) 5" ID pocket rotary product filling system and (4) 8" long x 6-1/2" wide x 14" high stainless steel product funnels with dust removal system and Seko gauges. Control panel has A/B CPU and A/B Panelview with A/B variable speed drive controllers, run, jog, drive speed, power on / off with product and without product switches, start, stop and e-stop push button controls with increase and decrease product buttons at each end of the cartoner. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with locking safety guarding.
