Langen, Model B1M, semi-automatic, horizontal, continous motion, hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 10 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1¾" to 7" in Length; ½" to 3" in Width; 3¾" to 14" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 18" centers with 2" wide x 1-1/8" high lugs. 96" long extended blank carton magazine with 2-head rotary suction cup pick and place, 60" long hand load section, top hold down, Nordson hot melt glue system and compression section. Control panel has controller with vacuum pump, jog, run, glue and container feed on / off switches with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on base frame with casters, leveling legs and safety guarding.
