KHS / Bartelt Innopouch, Model IMF8-16, Automatic, left to right, horizontal, intermittent motion, servo driven, flexible pouch, form, fill, seal machine rated from 20 to 110 pouches per minute – depending on materials and application. Capable of doing (3) sided seal, open gusset and fin pouches. Pouch size range: 2" to 7-3/4" in Width; 2" to 9-1/2" in Height with proper change parts. Equipped with chain fed pouch conveyor and has (16) clip pouch stations set on 8" centers, end roll stock fed with film roll specs of 24" maximum OD, 21" maximum web width on 3" OD cores. Film registration sensor, adjustable gusseted film forming plow, side seal station, film tension rolls, knife cut off station, vacuum pouch opener, (16) rotary fill funnel stations set on 8" centers, with (2) Spee Dee Model 3600S servo driven auger fillers with product settler, top pouch cleaner, pre heat with top heat seal and cooling pouch stations with vacuum suction cup discharge. Control panel has A/B PLC controls and A/B touchpad controller with drive / speed, start / stop, jog, reset and e-stop controls, with vacuum pump, interlocking safety doors and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty multi-leg frame.
Unit suitable for a wide range of food and non-food products, including drink mixes, rice, beans, spices, noodles, towelettes, viscous liquids and powders.
