Adco Model HCSX-20-SS, Semi automatic, stainless steel, horizontal, continuous motion, hot melt glue, twin carton sealer rated from 5 to 30 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range; 2" to 12" in Length; 1-1/2" to 3-3/4" in Width; 8" to 18" in Depth. Equipped with (2) lugged corrosion resistant coated chains set on 15" centers with 2" wide x 5" high lugs and 32" long operator load area each side, hand adjustable, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system,compression rails and 36" in feed / discharge height adjustable to +/- 1". Control panel has A/B control package with start, stop, e-stop push button controls, with on / off glue switch and variable-speed control dial. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock barrier guarding, casters and height adjustable leveling legs.
