Summary

The Wood Shop / Warehouse Associate would be responsible for performing various general labor tasks that are required for the business, including, but not limited to, carpentry, operating a forklift, and washing and cleaning large pieces of equipment.

• Performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and retrieving stock.
• Setting up and monitoring machinery in a storage facility
• Loading and unloading outgoing and incoming machinery
• Pressure washing & cleaning large equipment
• Working with hand tools, power tools & air tools
• Works well with small team and independently
• Lift 50lbs. or more
• Bilingual

Salary: Pay would start at $18.50/hour with a 90-day probationary period then would increase to $20/hour if hired on after 90-days.

Summary

Under the supervision of the VP Sales, Account Managers function as a link between the company and customers to ensure all their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the work provided by Frain Industries. An account manager should be flexible enough to manage a variety of duties that pertains to the company and customers.

We want sales talent who can dive in and begin managing accounts from the start. We are looking for applicants seeking a long-lasting and rewarding career. Our most successful sales members with 7+ year tenure, routinely earn income exceeding the six-figure range while working family-friendly hours in an exciting environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid their success using our solutions. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

• Attending to inbound leads while maintaining high closing ratios in a timely manner.
• Effectively manage multiple projects ranging from mid-size companies up to Fortune 50 companies.
• Follow up, qualify and work assigned leads using the appropriate key players involved in the project.
• Largely phone-based sales in a friendly, yet competitive “Arena” environment focused on closing leads.
• Must be capable of closing deals using a proven selling system with full training support.

The Material Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and handling discrepancies or damages. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely receipt and proper handling of goods. The Materials Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining records, organizing documentation, and supporting inventory management activities.

1. Material Coordination:

• Track and monitor all incoming shipments.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to maintain stock.
• Ensure all materials are handled safely and according to company policies.

2. Documentation and Filing:

• Create documentation files.
• Organize and file documents.
• Scan and digitize documents and ensure records are up to date.

3. Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of materials.
• Coordinate flow of materials and communicate receipt to all necessary parties.
