Bakery equipment is for the handling, portion forming the final size of a bakery dough for subsequent processing. Bakery equipment refers to different types of machines that can be used in the production of bakery goods and products. More specifically, bakery equipment handle the dough used in the production of bakery goods. Depositors deposit dough or product onto the dough. Sheeters create a sheet of dough from a pre-mixed mass of dough. Rounders portion out pre-mixed dough into predetermined sizes.
Loos Machine, automatic, inline, stainless steel, waterfall style topping applicator with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Fill Width: up to 28". Equipped with 42" long x 26" wide x 10" deep charge area with a 28½" wide x 60" long blue belt through rotary product feeder with (5) sections of feeder fingers and 28" wide waterfall product dispenser with 39" ground clearance. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and Weigh-Tronix load cells.

Hinds-Bock, Model 6P-08, automatic, 6 head, air operated piston filler. Size range: 1 oz to 8 oz with proper change parts, Equipped with 41" long x 19" wide x 15" deep stainless steel product hopper (6) 1¾" ID x 7" long air assist pistons, with rotary shut-off pneumatic package and e-stop. Mounted on H style base frame with casters.

Stainless steel, 34" wide, rotary paddle sieve topper. Equipped with a 34" wide x 7" long x 14" deep trough with (12) paddle agitation powered by a hydraulic drive and bottom screen (change part per application). Unit mounted on stainless steel frame to be mounted above existing conveyor.

Peters, 35 gallon, cream hopper with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 35 gallon stainless steel storage tank / hopper with rotating sweep and paddle agitation with sidewall auger powered by a 4 hp drive and APV Model R3R positive displacement pump powered by a 3 hp drive. System keeps the cream completely mixed and ensures a smooth flow of cream into the auger integrated into the hopper sidewall which draws cream from the hopper and pushes it into the delivery tube and pump to keep cream under pressure to the Stencil. Mounted on 41" long x 41" wide base frame.

Peerless, Model SS123COS, stainless steel, spin disc coating system. Rated up to 45 feet per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with (3) 8" OD spinning disks (2) above (1) below, 36" long x 8½" wide eagle belts feed conveyor, 12" ID x 9" Deep stainless steel solution filtering system with strainer and removable cover (prevents solids from reaching feed pump that could clog and effect coverage of the product). Waukesha, Model 18, positive displacement pump for metering solutions to spinners. Control panel with push button start / stop, VFD for pump and conveyor with FPM / GPM digital read outs. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and leveling legs.

Richmond Industries, Model 460A, stainless steel roller icing depositor. Equipped with a 60" wide x 15" long x 8" deep trough with an 8" diameter bottom rotary transfer drum with an adjustable width surface coverage up to 58" wide. Powered by a ½ Hp drive.

Vac-U-Max, Model MDL105017.01, vacuum transfer system with topping applicator. Equipped with 16" OD x 25" deep receiving hopper with a pneumatic dump valve, 48" long dispersing auger to evenly cover 58" wide rotary deposit bottom. Control panel with on off switches for vacuum and topper, auto / hand switch to vacuum system and variable speed dials for auger and topper. Mounted on stainless steel base with casters.

Stainless steel, inline dough depositor with lbs of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 21" wide x 96" long Neoprene product conveyor, 29" long x 27" wide x 32" deep stainless steel product hopper, 8" diameter x 29" long (3) pocket rotary lobe depositing head and (1) 15½" wide x 10" diameter smooth top roller. Control panel with on / off switches and digital index count display. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with locking casters.

Rijkaart / Rinc / Capway Model P & A, Complete, stainless steel, 24" wide, in line dough sheeting and die-cutting system rated from 20 to 100 stokes per minute with number of product – depending on materials and application. Equipped with dough flour duster to (3) roll sheeting head with 13" long x 9" wide x 16" deep stainless steel product hopper, (2) 13-1/2" Long x 10" OD ribbed upper rollers and (1) 13-1/2" Long x 10" OD smooth bottom roller to ensure consistent and continous dough sheets. Product then goes thru a 2nd flour duster to the cross-sheeter with (2) sets of 10" Long x 1" OD rollers, to the final (2) roll sheeting head, with top and bottom 24-1/2" Long x 7" OD smooth rollers to the 24" long x 6" wide recipicating die-cutter with scrap return and retracting product unloading discharge conveyor section on to tray or pan. Control Panel has in feed table, cross roller, 2 roll sheeter, main table supply, start and e-stop controls with input / output and sheeter fast / slow speed control dials and statis light bar. All mounted on stainless steel frames.
