Cutter Slicer Chopper Processor is a classification of equipment that is used to size reduce a wide variety of materials. Cutter, slicer, chopper processing operations can be either done in a batch or continuous manner. This operation can cut the material in several directions to achieve the desired effect in size reduction and consistency. Some machinery has specific operations and has this operation classified to meet a specific operation for size reduction such as a mince master.
Urschel Model M, stainless steel, belt fed, dicer, shredder and strip cutter designed for meat products and is capable of production rates from 500 to 4,500 lbs per hour – depending on materials and application. Capable of strip cuts from 3/16" to 3" and cross cuts from 1/8" to 4". Equipped with 32" x 9" load area on feed belt and adjustable feed roll allowing for positive product feed at all thicknesses from 3/8" to 1". Mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters. Change parts needed for different configurations and size range changes.

FAM Model ILC, all stainless steel construction, slices, strip cuts and dices up to 2,205 pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 18" x 17" stainless steel product feed hopper, 11" OD product port to processing chamber, and has combination of 3 cutting tools for flexibility in choice of cut-sizes and shapes with little juice loss, no cellular damage for smooth cut surfaces, all contributing to extended shelf-life. Powered by a 7½ hp main drive with push button start / stop controls and touch pad display.

Urschel, Model Diversacut Q, QuantiCut, stainless steel, dicer, slicer, strip cutter with pounds of product per minute and hour – depending on materials and application. Maximum product input size is 10" (254 mm) in any dimension. The Model Q is a higher production model of the model GA. It will slice, strip cut, dice and crinkle cut with a combinations of different slice thickness, with the use of different circular knife spacing and interchangeable crosscut knife spindles. Slice of thickness: 1/8" to 1-1/8" (3.2 to 28.6mm), Circular Knives: 1/4" to 3" (6.4 to 6.2mm) Crosscut Knives: 1/8 to 2-5/8 in. (3.2mm to 66.7mm). Mounted on (4) legs with locking casters. Used for wide variety of products such as potatoes, carrots, turnips, rutabagas, pineapple, peppers, celery and many of other products.

Block sizes up to 24" in Length: 24" in width; 10" in Height, Temperatures down to 0 Deg F and can reduce product down to 1/4" thick in 18 to 30 seconds and 1/32" thick in 2 minutes plus (depending on product). Equipped with 32" wide x 36" long product feed table with 26" wide x 7" high hydraulic product ram to 27" long x 22" high product thru opening and 12" OD x 30" long rotary drum cutting assembly with (8) 4-1/2 long blades with flip up, lock down safety cover and 32" long x 16" wide discharge chute with 27" floor clearence.
