Frain Industries can help you with your P S Wrap labeler project no matter how big or small your labeling needs. Labeler P S Wrap is a pressure sensitive labeler which applies a wrap-around label to circular containers and packages. Pressure sensitive labels have a film backing which needs to be removed prior to application to uncover the adhesive on the back of the label.
Tronics Model S30, stainless steel, open frame, stepper motor, pressure sensitive, wrap labeler rated from 100" to 1,200" of labels per minute – depending on materials and application. Label size range up to: 10" in Height x 29" in length with accuracies up to + / – 1/32nd of label placement and containers from 5ml vials to 10 gallon containers both with proper change parts. Equipped with 4" wide x 120" long plastic Delrin product in feed conveyor with 32" in feed / discharge height, spacing wheel indexing, adjustable guide rails, no container / no label, single label head with 9-1/2" high peeler plate and 6" high side" 21" long x wrap belt, 13" OD label reel on 1-1/2" OD core and is hand crank adjustable. Control panel has touch pad controls with read out and up to 100 job memory with e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and leveling legs.

Kalish LS4000 automatic, inline, stainless steel, pressure sensitive, wrap labeler capable of speeds from 20 to 100 cpm – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Container size range: 40mm – 130mm in Length; 28mm – 99mm in Width; 50mm – 350mm in Height. Label size range: 15mm – 255mm in Length; 20mm – 200mm in Width. Equipped with a 12′ long x 4-1/2" wide conveyor, chain aligner product spacer, product top hold down, no container/no label. 300mm maximum roll diameter on a 45mm OD core.

Universal Model R315, carrousal / trunnion style pressure sensitive wrap labeler. Label size range: per application. Equipped with 16" long x 4" wide in feed and discharge chutes and 12" carrousal. Model L-15 label head. Label roll web width of 6.5" with 12" OD label roll on 3" OD core. Mounted on base frame with casters. Speed dependent on materials, applciation and machine configuration.

Label size range of: (0.5" – 11"L) x (3/4" – 6"W) and container size range of: (7/8" – 4 3/8" dia) up to (14" H). Has a (84" L x 6" W) plastic delron chain product conveyor with product separator wheel, and a (17" L x 6 1/2" H) wrap station. Touch screen controller, stepper motor drive, power assisted label web take up, 8 speed selection, on/off buttons with e-stop, mounted on a welded stainless steel tube frame.
