High throughput, high precision, thickness sorting and is accuracy adjustable up to ± 1/20 mm. Control panel has AB controller with touch pad display e-stop and statis light bar. Mounted on a stainless steel frame.
Operation:Product to be inspected is placed into the hopper is then lifted by linear actuator, where the hopper is rotated to the production position by the operator. The hopper then lowered into position for inspection operation. Front hopper gate is opened, by operator, to a gap of 1.5 to 2.0 times the thickness of the tablets. vibratory feeder tray beneath the hopper feeds product onto the rollers and are adjusted with smaller gap at the top and larger gap at the bottom. This gapping enables product to be sorted into undersize, acceptable and oversize categories. The rotation of the rollers and the downward angle of the roller carriage cause the product to move forward. The product drops through the rollers onto angled dividers, then into discharge chutes and then into the containers.
