PE Labellers Modular SL Rotary Labeler

The PE Labellers Modular SL Rotary Labeler is a high-performance pressure-sensitive rotary labeling system designed for efficient and smooth production flow. Equipped with state-of-the-art features, this system ensures maximum productivity and ease of operation. It includes programmable bottom plate motion for precise labeling and optimum flexibility for other applications. The machine structure boasts a modular and ergonomic design, including a rounded frame and safety guards that provide greater accessibility for operators and maintenance personnel.

The system features an advanced control system with an Allen Bradley Compact Logix and a 15” touch panel HMI mounted on a moving and revolving ergonomic arm support. The motorized conveyor, equipped with a geared motor and AB inverters, allows for precise conveyor drive and carousel operation. It supports high-speed production with dual in-phase, in-feed screws controlled by a servo motor, ensuring seamless production flow. Additionally, the machine includes an automatic speed adjustment system with an inverter and detection sensors installed on conveyor belts.

For added convenience, the system features a brushless-motorized screw functioning as a stop device at the machine entrance. The modular machine structure, with its rounded frame and safety guards, provides easy access and maintenance. Durability is ensured with a steel base frame clad in 304 stainless steel. Safety is a priority, with front safety guards featuring hinged doors and rear safety guards with an up/down opening system, as well as independent safety guarding for labeling stations outside the machine carousel.

The carousel height is adjustable via a gearmotor, with automatic adjustments available from the operator panel. Special features include air inflation nozzles for labeling empty containers and programmable bottle plate rotation for future container and label flexibility.
