Adco Model 15DBC105EC, automatic, continuous motion, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 25 to 125 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 1" to 9-1/2" in Length; 3/4" to 3" in Width 4 to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers and has 192" long x 12" wide fixed product pocket in feed conveyor with 12" long x 12" wide 1-1/2" high product pockets. Automatic (3) belt blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic-n-place, with pre-break, no-product / no-carton, top carton hold down, barrel cam loader, Nordson hot melt glue unit and built in vacuum system. Control Panel has relay logic controller with machine, vacuum, speed, pattern control with jog / run, on / off switches and start, stop, e-stop push button controls and statis lights. Mounted on heavy duty height adjustable frame with caster with leveling legs and interlock safety guarding.
