Adco, automatic, continuous motion, vertical, hot melt glue cartoner, rated from 40 to 150 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Cartons size range: 2" to 9" in Length x ¾" to 3" in Width x 3" to 10" in Depth. Equipped with 108" long blank carton magazine with (4) head rotary suction cup pic n place, fixed carton pockets set on 10" centers, tilt tray pouch loader, 6-cup rotary volumetric filler with carton fill spout, settling carton vibrator track, Nordson hot melt glue system and compression and discharge section. Control panel has start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on painted steel frame with barrier guarding and height adjustable legs.
