Tray size range of: 8.25" to 27.75" in Length; 7" to 18" in Width; 1-1/2" to 8" in Height. Flat blank size range of: 16-1/4" to 36" in Length; 15" to 25-3/4" in Width. Equipped with 60" long blank tray magazine, reciprocating (4) suction cup vacuum pic-n-place, dual belt blank tray assist, adjustable stroke single arm forming mandrel, Nordson ProBlue glue unit and vacuum system. A/B PLC controller with panel view controls, has e-stop, status light bar and interlock safety doors guarding. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with leveling legs and locking casters.
