Adco, Model 15D105SS, Semi automatic, stainless steel, horizontal, continuous motion, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 25 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 9.5" in Length; 3/4" to 4" in Width; 4" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers with 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" high lugs, 48" long carton magazine, (2) head rotary vacuum pick and place, top carton hold down rail, 119" long x 12" wide product in feed conveyor with 72" long operator hand load area, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, flap closers and 24" long side compression discharge belts, Seco gauges with interlock flip-up safety guarding. Control panel has A/B relay logic controller with A/B VFD controls, start, stop, e-stop push buttons, on / off switches for hot melt glue and oiless vacuum systems. Foot pedal activated carton feed controls. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and leveling legs.
