Arpac Models TS2212 / TS60 / 45TW-28, Complete, automatic, continous motion, servo driven, tray forming, packing, upstacking and shrink bundling line rated from 5 to 45 trays per minute with number of product per tray – depending on materials and application. Tray Size per application. System consists of Arpac Model 2212 tray former, packer and hot melt glue sealer with 120" long x 18" wide product in feed conveyor with (4) lane dividers to (4) 48" long x 2-1/2" wide product grouping conveyors side mounted 68" wide x 32" high blank tray magazine with (2) suction cup pic n place to tray forming, packing and sealing section with (4)106" long x 1/2" wide lugged compression and discharge conveyor belt section set on 12" centers with Nordson hot melt glue unit with major and minor flap closers.
Arpac Model 45TW-28 shrink bundler and tunnel with (1) 36" x 19" wide and (1) 36" wide x 72" long in feed conveyors thru bundler, top and bottom film rolls with maximum film roll width of 27" and 14" OD has 29" wide seal jaws x 13" high total clearence, to single zone shrink tunnel with 36" wide x 19-1/2" high total aperture x 72" long shrink chamber with 29" wide x 108" long product conveyor thru shrink tunnel with top discharge cooling fan. Control panels have A/B controllers with touch pad controls. and readout. All mounted on heavy duty frames with safety guarding and statis light bars.
