Back to All EquipmentArpac, Model 25TW-28 RH, inline, intermittent motion, shrink bundler with integrated tunnel. Equipped with 20" long x 24" wide in feed conveyor, 28" wide hot impulse seal jaw with 13" of vertical travel and an 18" long x 24" wide transfer conveyor into single zone shrink tunnel.
Shrink tunnel features a 29" wide flex link conveyor passing through an aperture of 32” in Width by 16" in Height. Tunnel length of 67". Top mounted "Turbo Cooling" blower at tunnel discharge.
Additionally features Allen-Bradley® PanelView 600Plus operator interface with color
touch screen, message display and self-diagnostics, low film alert, bypass mode – allows product to pass through the machine without being wrapped and without heating the tunnel, side mounted film racks, film splice station, status light bar and interlocked safety guarding.
Speed dependant on materials, application and machine configuration
Film roll: up to 27" in width; up to 14" OD; 3" core.
