Arpac, Model 25TW-28, Inline, compack, shrink bundler and tunnel rated from 5 to 25 bundles per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 15½" wide x 48" long in feed conveyor belt and 29" wide hot impluse seal jaws with 13" vertical travel and dual side mounted film cradles with film specs of 27" in width; 14" maximum OD and film rolls. 24" wide with film roller heist and 18" long transfer conveyor to 60" long single zone shrink tunnel with 26" wide x 16" high aperature, 29" wide product conveyor thru tunnel, top mounted blower and discharge cooling fan. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with A/B panelview touch screen with HMI, temperature contollers, start / stop / e-stop push buttons and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with side slide door safety guarding and film roll lift.
