Autoprod, Model SLH, stainless steel, automatic inline, dual lane roll stock heat sealer and over lidder. Rated from 20 to 100 containers per minute – depending on materials, applicatuion and machine configuration. Film Specifications: 8" wide x 12" diameter on a 3" core. Container Specifications: 2¼" to 12" in height x up to 7" diameter. Equipped with (2) 6" wide x 138" long Delrin product conveyors, mechanical 1 to 2 lane diverter, (2) star wheel indexed heat seal stations with serrated die cut knife and trim rewind station, (2) star wheel indexed overlidders with 36" long roller bar magazines. Control panel has push button start / stop controls, variable speed control dials, digital temperature controls and heater on / off switch.
