Baker Perkins, Model 0.1 ft³ (¾ gallon) working capacity, jacketed, 304 stainless steel, double arm, sigma blade mixer with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Inner mixing chamber dimensions: 5¼" in Length; 7" in Width; 9" in Depth. Equipped with stainless steel contact parts, 2 Hp motor drive, hand tilt with 34" discharge height and ¼" NPT connections for low pressure jacket. Mounted on a painted base frame with push button start / stop controls and run / jog switch.
