Blommer, 60,000 lbs (30,000 lbs per side), carbon steel, horizontal, low pressure, jacketed, chocolate melting and mixing vessel, with pounds of product per hour – depending on materails and application. Inner chamber dimension: 108" in Length; 96" diameter (each side). Equipped with sweep agitator driven by 15 Hp motor drive and (2) 3" diameter end discharges with 15" ground clearance.
