Breddo Model LOR, 100 gallon, 316 stainless steel, jacketed, high shear liquefier with amount of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 42" ID x 21" straight wall with 22" OD man way with flip top bolt down cover, (2) 2-1/4" OD threaded top sanitary ports. Full side and bottom jacket rated to 125 psi and has a temp rating up to 350 Deg F with (3) 2-1/2" OD threaded jacket ports. Bottom 10" OD 6 hole / 3 wing impeller with inside baffle and side mounted 50 Hp motor belt drive with bottom belt guarding and latch handles. Cone bottom has 2-1/2" OD / 2" ID side bottom butterfly discharge valve with 23" ground clearence. Control panel has a A/B Powerflex vari freqency controller with touchpad and temperature controls, start and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel tubular style frame with casters.
