Cherry Burrell, (3) chamber, 304 stainless steel, insulated, 750 gallon, flavor mix tank. Each chamber is aprox 250 gallons with inner dimension of 44" x 37" x 36" Deep. Equipped with lift up cover, 18" manways and prop agitation powered by ¼ Hp drive and CIP spray balls supplied by 2½"OD . 2"ID Tri-clamp fitting. Slant bottom has 2½" OD / 2" ID Tri-Clamp side bottom discharge with 7½" floor clearance. Mounted on stainless steel legs. The rectangle construction provides maximum capacity in small floor area.
