Clybourn, Automatic, continuous motion, vertical, hot melt glue cartoner with number of cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 94" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary pic in place, with 2-3/4" long x 3-3/4" wide x 3/4" deep fixed product buckets set on 5" centers, 14 pocket, rotary product funnel filling system, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue unit with pattern controller, major and minor flap closers. Control panel has Micrologix controller with on board control panel and vacuum pick, vacuum pump, main, auto, run, jog and glue switches with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding and statis light bar.
