Consolidated, Model C-4-F, automatic, 4-head rotary chuck capper with cap sorter and feeder. Rated from 40 to 120 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Maximum cap size: up to 89 mm, Maximum container height: 12", Maximum container diameter: 3½". with proper change parts. Equipped with integrated cap feeder and hopper, with disc unscrambler, cap chute and button, 116" long x 3¼" wide belt conveyor with star wheel in feed and discharge, no container / no cap and (4) torque open chuck cap heads set on 8½" centers with dual grip container handling. Control panel has push button start / stop. Mounted on base frame with lexan safety guarding cage.
