Cornell, Model D16, "Versator" with mechanical drive. Rated from 1 to 20 gallons of product per minute – depending on materials and application. Polished sanitary 316 stainless steel contact parts. Equipped with 16" ID product rotating disc, with (2) 2" OD / 1½" ID Tri-Clamp side chamber in feed and discharge product ports, (1) 2½" OD / 2" ID top vacuum port, pressure gauge and 2"OD / 1½"ID Tri-Clamp bottom drain. Swing open clamp down door has 4" OD sight port and 7½ Hp motor drive with variable speed gearbox for an output of 1313 to 3940 rpm.

Operation: Product flows thru film forming ring and then over the surface of rotating disc where the dispersion, deaeration or defoaming action occurs and removal of entrapped air, foam, or gas from liquids under high vacuum.
