Cozzoli Model FPS1, Automatic, intermittent motion, 1-up, ampule unscrambler, filler and flame sealer rated from 15 to 60 ampules per minute – depending on materials and application. All 316 stainless steel contact parts. Fill range of .1ml to 2.2ml with accuracies of + / – 0.5%. Container size range of 6.4mm to 16mm OD with maximum height of 5-5/16" and sealing heights from 1-3/4" to 4-3/4". Bottom-up filling that fills one container at a time and is capable of handling ampules, glass tubes, onion skin and vials (with proper change parts). Equipped with 24" disc unscambler, fill piston, fill nozzle and flame sealer with pick off arms for ampule glass waste and discharge chute with finished ampule discharge conveying section and has on / off machine switch . Mounted on stainless steel frame with locking casters.
