Cozzoli Model FPS2, Automatic, intermittent, 2 head unscramble, flush, fill, flush and flame sealer rated up to 120 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Fill range: 1cc to 30cc with accuracies + / – 0.5%. Container size range: 3/8" to 1" in Diameter; up to 5-5/16" in Height. Fills one container at a time and capable of handling ampules, glass tubes, onion skin and vials (change parts required to accommodate different size and fill ranges). Equipped with 24" OD disc unscrambling table with feed shoe and 24" long container roller conveyor, with centering posts, no container / no fill and 2 heads, flush, fill, flush with 4 head flame sealing station and dual picker arms reject chute, gas hoses, pressure gauges, with start and stop switches. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
