Fitzmill Guiloriver extructor capable of reducing small solid round and rectangle frozen products into 3/8" particles at rates from 0 to 60 lbs per minute – depending on materials and application. Ideal for frozen fruit, dairy, and citrus products, All stainless steel contact parts. Equipped with stainless steel contact parts, 10" OD x 16" high inlet, (2) 6-1/2" OD x 12" long rollers with (50) 3/8" welded and hardened stainless steel riving pins and has 8" OD conical discharge with 15" floor clearance. 3 Hp parallel shaft gearmotor with 84 rpm output. Mounted on (4) leg base frame with casters. Reduces both round and rectangle shapes and is the perfect solution for frozen eggs, frozen cream, butter, frozen fruits, berries, wheels of cheese and more it eliminates thawing, reduces handling and bacterial growth. Last used in food operation.
