Fogg, automatic, stainless steel, monoblock system with waterfall style cap sorter / feeder, 32 head rotary cleaner, 24 head rotary pressure gravity filling, 8 head rotary capper and HEPA filtration system. Rated from 50 to 240 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Waterfall style capp sorter and feeder equipped with a 32" x 43" x 28" hopper, 18½" wide belt with ½" high cleats on 4" centers. Equipped with 4½" wide container conveyor, worm screw to star wheel in feed and discharge, (32) head cleaner with nozzles on 8¾" centers, (24) fill to level nozzles set on 8¾" centers, 8 head rotary capper withchuck style cap heads set on 8¾" centers. Control panel has AB controls with a touch screen HMI.
