Groninger Model DFVG 2130 / ZVB 850, Automatic continous motion, linear transport, monobloc design container unscrambler, liquid filler, tipper and screw capping system rated from 500 to 3,600 containers per hour – depending on materials and application. All stainless steel construction. Line consists of Groninger Model ZVB850 bottle unscrambler and feeder with Model DFVG system capable of using either 2 or 3 rotary piston pumps with dosing range of: 0.2ml to 266ml (with proper change parts) and dosing accuracy up to 1ml at + / – 1%, and above 1ml at + / – 0.5% Container Size: 10mm to 30mm OD x 30mm to 100mm in Height, with pre and post gassing stations, to dropper and then screw cap stations with both reject check / exit stations and O-RABS system with electrical connections. Control panel has Siemens controller and touch panel controls with readout and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety door guarding and leveling legs.
