Hohberger, Model 2300574, stainless steel, single wall cooling drum. Drum Dimensions: 30" surface width x 40" diameter. Equipped with a 12" x 10" sight glass and internal spray wands with nozzles to spray chilled water on the inside surface of the drum. Mounted on a stainless steel base frame with a tube in shell heat exchanger and ½ HP centrifugal pump recirculation system.
