Jones, Model IMV 5, Semi-automatic, intermittent motion, vertical tuck cartoner. Rated from 10 to 45 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 4" in Length; ¾" to 2¾" in Width; 2-1/8" to 7" in Depth. Equipped with (2) chains fixed, set on 5" centers, with 26" long blank carton magazine, reciprocating pic-n-place, 48" long operator load area each side, minor flap tuckers and major flap closers. Control panel has start / stop push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety door guarding.
