Jones Model IMV5, Semi automatic intermittent motion vertical, reverse tuck cartoner rated from 10 to 45 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 4" in Length x 3/4" to 2-3/4" in Width x 2-1/8" to 7" in Depth. Equipped with reciprocating pick and place carton feeder, polycarbonate lugs, set on 5” centers with 4′ product hand load area each side and bolt-on lugs. Control panel with start and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame. Machine is currently set for reverse tuck cartons.
