Kodiak Model 901-120, Semi automatic, horizontal, continous motion, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 20 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range per application. Equppied with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers with 2-1/4" wide x 2-1/4" high lugs, 24" long blank carton magazine, recpicating vacuum suction cup pick n place, 70" long product operator load area, Nordson (2) gun hot melt glue system with major and minor flap closers. Control panel has A/B vari-speed controller, with vacuum and glue on / off, run jog and speed control switches, with start, stop and-e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with safety door guarding and foot pedal jog.
