MPI Label Systems / Label Aire Model 3115NV, Automatic, pressure sensitive Trunnion Series labeler specifically designed to handle non-stable cylindrical containers or products (top heavy or rounded bottom) such as ampules, vials, lip balm and lipstick containers, crayons, pens and small batteries, etc and rated up to 1500" per minute with number of containers – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Powder coated and anodized aluminum coated steel construction. Equipped with 8′ long x 3" wide Model RLC5500 horizontal product roller conveyor, with 3" long rollers spaced for 9/16" OD product with 3.5 OD overhead wrap roller section with hand crank vertical adjustment. Label-aire Model 3115NV wipe on label head with label size up to 7" label Width; and minimum label length of .5" with accuracy: + / – 1/32". Has label roll 16" OD on 3" OD core, with friction drive rewind. Photoelectric product and label sensor with automatic label setup. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with A/B HMI R3 didital display with standard metric and detailed readouts, storage of multiple label smd product setup switch with missing label detection, main power on / off switches vari speed AC drive, with start, stop push buttons. Mounted on height adjustable forkable frame with double locking casters and leveling legs.
