Label Aire, Model 3111/14-15 LH/SW Grid, pressure sensitive, around the corner spot labeler. Rated from 100 to 2000 linear inches per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with swivel mounted bracket, tamp on label head and label size range: ¾" to 12" in Length ; ¾" to 4" in Width, with proper change parts and accuracies of: ± 1/32", 12" OD label roll with a 3" core and 8" OD powered label rewind. Pneumatic 90° vacuum grid plate to tamp on front of label, and swing arm wrap around corner wipe arm to smooth out front of label. Stepper driven has touch pad controller with digital display. Mounted on 18" wide x 120" long belt conveyor with leveling legs.
