10 gallon, 316 stainless steel, jacketed, dual motion, scrape surface kettle. Vessel dimensions: 18" in Diameter; 14" in Depth; 7" straight wall. MAWP: 90 psi @ 322°F. Equipped with a scrape agitator, removable top covers, 1" OD jacket inlet, 1" OD jacket outlet , and a 2" OD center bottom discharge with 15" of floor clearance. Mounted on a steel frame with locking casters.
