Mateer Burt, Model 704 Mark 6, automatic, roll thru, glue labeler. Rated from 10 to 600 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Designed to apply full wrap glue labels to round shaped containers of metal, plastic and also glass (with proper change parts). Container size range: 1¾" to 7¼" In Diameter; 1(9/16)" to 10" in Height. Label size range: 4-5/8" to 24" in Length; 1½" to 9¼" in Width. Equipped with 32" long elevator infeed conveyor, dual container handling gripper v-belts, hydraulic label feed magazine, no container / no glue with hot glue pot and direct contact wheel applicators with Valco cold glue lap seal system. Control panel has start / stop push buttom controls with heat on / off switch and heat controller. Mounted on (4) leg frame with safety guarding, locking casters, leveling legs and statis light bar.
