Modern Packaging, Model SL1X2, automatic inline stainless steel cup filler, die cut, heat sealer and lidder. Rated from 20 to 80 cups per minute – depending on materials and application. Fill capacity: 1 oz to 8 oz (with current pistons). Currently set to do 1 x 2 pattern, set on 4½” centers. Equipped with dual lane cup denster with 7" magazine, (2) piston filling station with positive cut off nozzles, pick and place die cut film with 6" magazine, peel off over lidder with 35" roller magazine and discharges to 16" long collating station. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with push button machine start / stop / E-stop. Variable speed control dial and on / off switch controls for heaters, auto / manual, cup denester, filler, film pick, heat seal and over lidder. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and leveling legs.
