New England, (3) head, stainless steel, rotary chuck capper with number of caps and containers per minute – depending on materials, application, cap and container size. 304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction. Cap size up to 120mm and capable of handling CT, CR,TE, flip-top, sports and other style caps and various type of containers with proper change parts. Equipped with waterfall style cap feeder, 24" rotary turret with (3) servo driven pneumatic chuck capper heads set on 18" centers with pull pins for quick release of change over size and is adaptable to a wide variety of caps and containers. Electronic torque control for consistent applied torque of +/- 1.5 inch per pound and adjustable discharge height of 36" +/- 2". Control panel has auto / manual switch with start, stop, reset, jog and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety door guarding and leveling legs.
