New England, Model NEHCP-36, Compact, automatic, stainless steel, bulk plastic container feeder and unscrambler rated from 20 to 120 containers per minute – depending materials and application. Equipped with 20" wide x 60" long white flexlink container feed conveyor to 70" long x 19" wide vertical cleated container elevator with 4-3/4" wide cleats set on 14" centers to 36" OD container sorting bowl, with container size range of (5/8)" to 6½" OD x up to 10" in Height and capable of handling variety of sizes and shape containers including round, oval, straight-wall, tapered, and non-tapered with proper change parts. 14" OD rotary orientation wheel with single hook container arm upender, (4) sets of dual soft container transfer belts all 1½" wide with a 14" long belt thru cleaner, 19" long transfer belt from cleaner to 24" and 32" long container discharge belts. Control panel has (8) A/B PowerFlex variable speed controllers with auto / manual switch and reset, jog, start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.
