New England, Model NEHCPCL-60, Automatic, stainless steel, compact, easy access, bulk plastic bottle unscrambler, cleaner and feeder with number of containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Container size range of (5/8)" to 6½" OD x up to 11" in Height and is capable of handling variety of size and shape containers including round, rectangle, oval and square with proper change parts. Anodized aluminum and 304 stainless steel construction with clean, non-painted, non-marring surfaces with smoothed and polished welds. Equipped with 50 cu ft empty container hopper with 36" wide x 84" long bottom container conveyor with 36" wide x 48" high vertical empty container elevator has 7" high cleats set on 14" centers with 60" OD container sorting bowl, accelerator and orienter belts with single hook arm container upender, ionized air bottle cleaning station with container soft belt timing and transfer system with backlog photo eye and has automatic stop and restart. Control panel has A/B Micro Logix controller with HMI interface and elevator and bowl speed control dials, with start, stop and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on tubular 304 stainless steel frame with interlock safety door guarding.
