North Star Engineered Products, Model HW5000, helical wash system with Mueller falling film chiller. Rated to wash up to 8000 lbs of product per hour with wash temperature down to 34°F – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Fill capacity: 400 gallons. Equipped with a 32″ wide x 136″ long x 30″ deep wash tank with (22) spray nozzles, 30½” wide x 60″ long mesh conveyor with (8) spray nozzles, (4) centrifugal pumps for washer system and (1) centrifugal pump to chiller. System mounted on leveling legs.
