Poly Pack, Model Clearprint 32L Series, Shrink wrapper with print registration, produces bullseye wraps using either clear, random printed or print registered film. Maximum bundle size: 21" Length; 28" Width; 14" in Height. Equipped with 28" wide x 220" long hand load lugged product in feed conveyor set on 16" centers. Side mounted carriage film roll with 30" width and 20" OD on 3" OD core.
Shrink tunnel has 16" high x 38" wide aperture x 100" long chamber with 30" wide x 160" long belt thru tunnel with (3) enclosed top mounted fans and (1) bottom discharge cooling fan. PLC controller with HMI and interlock safety guarding. Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.
