PSG Lee Model RP 8TZ-30, Automatic, rotary, intermittent motion, pre-made pouch monobloc, filler, sealer with zipper attachment rated up to 50 pouches per minute – depending on materials and application. 316 stainless steel contact parts. Pouch size range: 6" to 12" in Width x 4.8" to 14" in Length. Weight Range: up to 20lb. Designed for pouches with gusset, stand-up bottom and zipper seal. Pouch material: Laminated film and is capable of handling a variety of pre-made heat seal pouches with or without press to close zippers. Pouch styles flat and stand-up (with proper change parts}. Equipped with automatic (3) belt pre-made pouch magazine, reciprocating suction cup pic-n-place, (8) stations for pouch loading, zipper open, bottom gusset opening, pouch open detector, product filling, gas flush, pouch heat sealing, pouch cooling and discharge. (16) sets of easy adjust pouch grippers, piston fill station with no pouch / no opening / no fill / no seal, (2) top constant heat sealing bars with temperature range from 0 to 572 Deg F and (1) top cooling bar with 40" long x 11" wide neophreme discharge belt conveyor and operation temperature range of 41 to 104 Deg F with top mounted Rencor liquid cooling system.
