Quadro Model 198 Comil, stainless steel, large volume production, reduction mill rated from 7,000 to 16,000 lbs of product per hour – depending on materials, application and screen. Equipped with 10" OD stainless steel product port with 20 Hp motor drive, 1185 rpm and top belt to sprocket drive with 51" x 32" top bolt down lift off safety cover. Bottom bolt discharge hopper with side scrape product impeller and 12" OD discharge port with 20" floor clearance. Control panel with start and stop push button controls and safety disconnects. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs with casters. Used for dry milling, controlled grinding, dry mixing / dispersion, deagglomeration and wet material reduction in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, fine chemical and other related processes
